Zolm Vortex is designed for creating data tables and managing the data within them -
You can manage and track work orders, inventory assets,
employees, projects, or anything else.
Interactive Dashboards
Interactive dashboards allow you to see all of your important information
on one screen. Dashboards can be shared or private. They can contain pie
charts, bar and line graphs, data lists, messages, and more. They present
a live instant view of all your data.
Export Data to Spreadsheet
It is occasionally useful to be able to download information from your
Vortex database into another program. Data can be downloaded into a
spreadsheet from any data table, with one click.
Customizable Views
Data table views control how data is displayed and how interactive it is.
Views can be heavily customized, and include these basic types: list of data,
pie chart, bar graph, calendar, interactive map, and more.
Security and Permissions
Keeping your data secure is critical. Zolm Vortex has an advanced
permissions system that allows you to set which users and groups have access
, and which are denied access. Permissions can be applied on any level -
entire data tables, specific fields, specific records, dashboards, etc...
Alerts
Set up automatic alerts via email when data is changed or added.
Calendar
Configure data tables as events, and view them on a calendar

Our Vortex API makes it easy to link custom software or websites
with your data from Zolm Vortex.
Search
Searching for data is fast, simple, and intuitive. Users can type
a query into the global search box at the top-right of the page at
any time to find the exact data they want.
Filters
Filters allow users to set advanced conditions for what data is
displayed in the current view.
Interactive Maps
Visualizing data as intuitive information makes everything easier and
more fun. Interactive maps are useful for mapping assets throughout a
building. When viewing a map, a small icon appears at each assets current
location. Users can click on assets or rooms for a more detailed view.
History / Revision Tracking
Keep track of when data changed, who changed it, and what it used to be. With the revision tracking built
into Zolm Vortex, you can check the entire history of a record with just a few clicks.
